Housing
Every child deserves a home.
Family Promise seeks to increase long-term housing by engaging clients for an extended period of time after they graduate from one of the Family Promise programs.
Housing Programs
Housing stability is the overall goal for all of our programs. Using a housing first model, Family Promise believes families cannot resolve their crisis until they are stably housed. By becoming stably housed and finding viable employment, it enables and empowers families to provide sustainable incomes for their families.
95% of our families are remaining housed for a minimum of two years.
Rapid ReHousing
This program moves families straight from the streets or their cars and places them in housing. Family Promise assists with the rent and utilities for up to nine months and families participate in case management.
Transitional Housing

Family Promise looks for innovative solutions for housing including owning single dwelling homes that are deemed for affordable housing. We own two homes currently that we use for transitional housing.
Brighter Days Youth Housing
Through this program, Family Promise assists youth ages 18-24 years old with securing housing and participating in case management.
Veteran Family Housing
This program assists families who are veterans of the military and have minor children. Case managers help families secure housing and Family Promise signs the lease and after one year, the lease is signed over to the family if they have participated in the program. This program helps up to five families at one time and case management is provided for the adults and the children.
