Stabilization
The Stabilization Program engages graduated families with engagement to help ensure their long-term housing stability.
Circles is a voluntary program that keeps families engaged for a longer period of time greatly increasing their long-term success rate. Many families disengage from their case manager once they are housed.

EMPath Mobility Mentoring focuses on strengthening families through the Protective Factor Framework by working with a case manager.
